Retrieving session results

You have participated in a session with the Sparkup app. You would now like to have access to the session content to see the work and results or to download documents.

In order to retrieve the results of a closed session, you have to join the session with your login and password (visitor accounts do not allow you to have access to the session content when the session is over).

Log into the post-session

Once the session is closed, you will have access to a post-session (see How do I close my session?).

1. Go to the URL used during your session

Use the same URL-address that you entered in your browser to connect to a Sparkup session (for example: sparkup.live).

2. Log in

If you are not logged in, click on the button "Connection" in the upper right corner of the page. Enter your existing login and password or create new ones on the day of the event. You should use an e-mail address and a password of your choice. 

3. Click on the session you are interested in

Once you are logged in, you will have access to all the sessions in which you have participated with your Sparkup account. Click on the session that you are interested in.

4. Find and/or download the results and your notes

Now you have access to all the results of all the activities that were included in the session. You can look at all the activities and even download some content (your notes or presentations), as well as the list of participants.
