Presentation of the Resources page

The Resources page includes all your content: your scenarios and the activity library.  

From the Resources page you can create scenarios and activities or you can use the existing activities.  

Creating my first scenario 

1. Click on the Resources tab 

On the Studio welcome page click on "Resources"

2. Create a new scenario

Click on "New Scenario"

3. Give it a name

Example: "Product training 2019"

4. Add an activity

Click on "New activity"

Choose an activity, e.g. Word Cloud:

5. Confirm the creation of the activity

Creating my first activity in the activity library

If you want to create different activities in you activity library without adding the activity to your scenario, follow these steps:

1. Go to "My activities"

On the "Resources" page click on "My activities" on the left:

2. Add an activity 

Click on "New activity"

Choose an activity, e.g. Word Cloud:

3. Confirm the creation of the acitivty

If you want to use activities that you had created earlier or activities that were shared by your co-workers, follow these steps:

1. Go to your scenario

On the "Resources" page click on the scenario of your choice. 

2. Add an existing activity

Click on "Existing activity"

Choose an existing activity:

3. Confirm the creation of the activity

Integrating activities shared by my co-workers without opening a scenario 

You can add a shared activity to your scenario directly from the Shared Activities folder.

1. Click on "Shared Activities" 

On the "Resources" page click on "Shared Activities":

2. Add the activity to your scenario

Click on the 3 blue dots on the left of the activity, then select "Create a copy in a scenario":
