I cannot launch my session

You logged in with your facilitator user name and password, but you can't launch the session?

Launching a Sparkup session

1. Create a scenario in the Studio 

First of all, you need to create a scenario in the Studio: My first steps in the Studio.

2. Go back to the animation interface and log in

Once your scenario is created, go to the animation interface and log in with your facilitator login details: Connecting to the app with a facilitator account.

You will see a list of scenarios.

3. Launch a session with a previously created scenario

The list of scenarios that were created in the Studio will appear directly on this page. Choose a scenario, change the start/finish dates if necessary. Click on "Launch the session".
