How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, you have 2 options: 

Reset your password in the app: 

• Click on "Connection",
• Select "Reset password"
• Enter your e-mail address that you used when creating your account,
• Confirm by clicking on "Reset my password",
• Open the e-mail "Reset my password" from no-reply@magency.me.

Reset your password in the Studio:

• Click on the link "Reset password",
• Enter your e-mail address that you used when creating your account,
• Confirm by clicking on "Reset my password".
• Open your e-mail box and follow the link sent by no-reply@magency.me.
