Get your participants to join Sparkup
It is important to introduce Sparkup to your audience to get everybody to connect to the platform on the day of your event, which will allow you to make the most of Sparkup.
1. Prior communication
Don't hesitate to provide your participants with some information in advance:
- The Sparkup solution ensures everybody's interaction; you can specify how you will use the application (for example: you will be able to vote and ask your questions via the Sparkup app)
- Use your communication tools (e.g. e-mail) to send the URL sparkup.live and session code to your participants, especially if you want them to start interacting before the event itself. The participants will be able to find useful information in the app, you can make them do a quiz, check out Who's Who, etc.
2. Inform the audience about Sparkup at the beginning of your event or meeting
Use your animation interface to broadcast on the Cast the Information page of your menu (it is the first page that will be shown on the Cast by default).
Introduce Sparkup if you didn't have the chance to do it beforehand.
Invite your participants to take their phones, tablets or computers. Ask them to open a browser and to enter the address sparkup.live and the session code (e.g.: "AQUQM") or flash the QR code.
It is important to prepare a warm-up activity that will allow your participants to familiarize themselves with the app. It is also a great way to break the ice. See 15 creative icebreakers to start your session.
We will never get tired of saying that Sparkup is a tool that improves your participants' engagement and helps to liven up your sessions. To make the most of Sparkup, take the time to get used to the app to feel comfortable and confident during your event.
From now on you can launch interactive activities and liven up your sessions!
