How do I add a presentation?

You would like to show a presentation and liven up your session at the same time by finding out your participants' opinion or by testing how well they understood your slides? You can add your presentation directly to the Sparkup platform.

The presentation can also be used as a simple document that the participants and facilitators can consult (e.g. the agenda).

1. Click on New Activity

Create a new scenario or choose an existing one, click on New Activity and choose the Presentation. 

2. A pop-up window will appear

3. Give the activity a name

Enter the title in the "Name" field.

Example: Presentation

4. Enter a description

This is a useful option only if you wish to share this activity with your facilitators' team to help them understand it.

5. Choose the "Available on participant interface" option

Choose this option if you want your participants to have access to the document from their interface. 

6. Download your presentation

Click on "Choose a file" under "Presentation document" to import your presentation. The file should respect the following requirements:

• PDF format 

• Maximum size - 10 Mo.

7. Add a presentation with notes

Click on "Choose a file" below "Document with speaking note" to import your presentation. The file should respect the following requirements:

• PDF format

• Maximum size - 10 Mo

• Same amout of pages as the basic document.

A presentation with notes will be available only on the facilitator interface. 

8. Confirm the creation of the activity

The activity will be available in your library or directly in your scenario and you will be able to launch it during your session.
