Opening a session in advance

In order to animate your session in the best conditions, we recommend opening a session in advance to check that everything works (hardware, Internet network, etc.).

How do I open a session ?

1. Log into the App

Log into the application with your facilitator account details (see Connecting to the application with a facilitator account).

You will see the list of available scenarios.

2. Click on the scenario that you wish to use

Select the scenario that you wish to use to create a session.  

If you haven't created a scenario yet, read this  guide: Getting to know the Studio.

3. A pop-up window will appear

4. Enter the necessary information

Choose the start/finish date.  

The finish date is very important: your session will close automatically on the indicated day. This will give the participants access to the Post-session.
