Do I have to import a list of participants?

You can import a list of participants in advance before the session (see How do I import a list of participants?). This (optional) feature allows you to add a list of participants and make sure that they will have an account even before connecting to the platform.

Of course, new participants can also connect to the platform (see next topic).

Sessions without lists of participants

When you are in the app as a participant, you need to enter the session code and click on I am a new visitor. 

After accepting the General Conditions of Use you will be able to join the session as an anonymous visitor. If you wish, you can change your profile and add your name, surname, photo and e-mail address.

You will also be able to create a Sparkup account by clicking on Register. You will need to create a password.

This option allows you to connect to future sessions by using your own account and to see post-session results after the session is over.
