How do I create a Brainstorming activity?
Don’t miss out on great ideas! Think smart together with your team and make the right decisions.
If you are not familiar with the Brainstorming activity, you will find its description here.
Add a Brainstorming activity in the Studio
1. Click on New Activity
Create a new scenario or choose an existing one, click on New Activity and choose the Brainstorming activity.
2. A pop-up window will appear
3. Give the activity a name
Enter the subject/project/question in the "Name" field.
Example: Why digitalize an event?
4. Enter a description
This is a useful option only if you wish to share this activity with your facilitators' team to help them understand it.
5. Anonymous mode
Choose whether the participants' publications will be anonymous or not.
If you choose the anonymous mode, even the facilitator won't know the author of an idea.
6. Moderation mode
If you choose the moderation mode, the participants' ideas will first have to be approved by the facilitator before appearing on the screen.
If the moderation mode is off, the participants' ideas will be automatically approved and shown on the screen.
In both cases, the facilitator can always hide inappropriate publications at any time.
Find out more about Moderation.
7. Confirm the creation of the activity
The activity will be available in your library or directly in your scenario and you will be able to launch it during your session.
8. Create tags in advance
You can create tags in advance in the Studio. This way you will be able to use these tags during the event without having to create them.
Add a Brainstorming activity in the Application
As a facilitator, you can create a new activity in the App at any time (see How do I create new activities in real time?).
1. Click on the icon '+' in the Menu
Click on the icon in the menu and select the Word Cloud.
2. Give the activity a name
Enter the subject/project/question in the "Name" field.
Example: Why digitalize an event?
3. Anonymous mode

If you choose the anonymous mode, even the facilitator won't know the author of an idea.
4. Moderation mode
