Animer ma session
As a presenter, in your menu on the left, you have access to all your activities (and of course you can add more at any time).
Launch an activity live
Click on the activity you wish to use. Please note that by clicking on the activity, it will not be sent directly to the participants and/or on the Presentation screen (cast), but will simply be available on your presenter interface.
Then when you're ready, you just need to click on the button il vous suffit de cliquer sur le bouton at the top right of your window. As you present the activity, it will be sent to the participants and on the Presentation screen.
Advanced use of the Present button:
By default, the button is configured to broadcast on the Presentation screen and to participants. If you wish, you can choose to broadcast the activity either on the Presentation screen or to the participants. To do so, click on the "3 dots" to the right of the button. A menu will then open and give you various options. It is up to you to select the option that suits you best:
Example of a scenario: I am in an event and want to display a Question Wall on the attendee interface, and a Document (a slide) on the Presentation screen.
1. I click on the desired Document in the menu, click on the three small dots and select On the Presentation screen.
2. On the Question Wall, I select the three small dots and click on On the Participants devices.
Your activity will then be simply broadcast on the Presentation screen for all to see, and each participant will be able to ask questions directly on his or her interface in the Question Wall.
Open an activity for asynchronous use by participants
In your activity list, you have access to a padlock next to each activity. This padlock is used to make the activity available (or unavailable) to participants in their "For You" tab. For your information, when an activity is presented, it is automatically unlocked in the "For you" tab.
The tab "For you" on the participant interface contains all activities, all unavailable activities will be grayed out, e.g.:
