How do I use an Evaluation activity?
When you launch or unblock an Evaluation, the participants can use quantitative and qualitative criteria that were defined.
If you are not familiar with the Evaluation activity, you can find its description here.
When the participants finish their evaluation, you can show:
- The average mark given by the group,
- Individual results.
Showing the group average
In order to show the average mark given by the group, click on the Evaluation activity. The average mark will appear at the top. Below the mark you will see a list with the names of all the participants.
To show the average mark click on Group average. The average mark will appear only if 2 or more people are connected to your session.
Showing individual results
In order to show individual results, click on the Evaluation activity. The average mark will appear at the top. Below the mark you will see a list with the names of all the participants.
If you want to see individual results, click on the names of the participants one by one.
In order to discuss the results and to have the correct final statistics, wait for your participants to finish their evaluation.
You might have noticed that there are 2 different forms in which you can present the results on the screen in order to analyze them.

There is no technical limit on the number of criteria, but the more criteria you put in, the longer your sequence (vote + debrief) will be. We also recommend short criteria names (less than 40 characters) so that it can be read on the broadcast screen (Cast).
