Collect relevant feedback with a Survey
A Survey allows you to gather feedback and opinions and to find out the participants' satisfaction through a series of MCQ, SCQ with or without pictures, For or against, 5-stars rating, Reaction questions and open-ended questions. This is an activity during which the participants answer the questions individually on their devices before, during or after the session. The facilitator can monitor the participation rate for each question. The results will not be shown on the broadcasting screen (the Cast).
This activity is often used to find out the participants' satisfaction level.

How do I animate a Survey?
Contrary to a Live Questions!, you just need to launch the Survey and let the participants answer the questions at their own pace.
1. Click on the activity in the menu and broadcast it
Once the activity is unblocked or broadcast, the participants can start answering the questions.
2. Explain the activity to your participants (optional)
Just like for any other activity, it is preferable to start by introducing the activity orally. Give your participants instructions, for example, tell them how much time they have to complete the Poll.
3. Monitor and animate the Survey
As a facilitator, you have access to detailed statistics in real time while your participants are answering the questions. These statistics include:
- Response rate for each question,
- Percentage for each response,
- Overall progress...
The graph on the broadcasting screen (the Cast) shows the average number of questions that the participants have answered as well as the participant who is ahead (i.e. the one who has answered the most questions so far).
You can comment on the participants' progress, encourage the ones who have fallen behind and analyze the results in real time.
4. Stopping the Survey

You can choose the option Close survey. The poll will then be blocked and the results frozen. |
