Active retrospection

The teams can hold a retrospective meeting where they discuss what went well and what obstacles they are encountering at this stage of their work. Collaborators can share their opinions and they can evaluate others.

Follow these steps:

1. Create a Live Questions! or Evaluation with quantitative or qualitative questions.

2. Invite your collaborators to connect to sparkup.live by sharing a link and a session code.

3. Launch your Poll or Evaluation and let everybody answer the questions individually. Then broadcast the results during a meeting and start a discussion.

4. The collaborators can present their points of view and difficulties and they can express their gratitude to other colleagues.
