Welcoming newcomers

Get to know newcomers in a fun and friendly way. Use a quiz or Photostory to make it easier for newcomers to present themselves to others.

How do I do that?

2 true facts, 1 false:

1. Prepare 3 stories about each newcomer: 2 real ones and 1 false.

2. Create a Quiz entitled: “Which story is false?” with the 3 stories as possible answers.

3. Ask the team to take a guess by voting for the story which they think is false.

4. Show the results and ask the newcomers to tell their stories.

Portraits :

Ask each newcomer to make a Photostory: they should take a picture of themselves, add any elements that reflect their personality and use text bubbles to describe themselves (e.g.: their new job, their passion or personality traits).
