Measuring your team's satisfaction

Gather useful feedback from your co-workers to understand how each team is getting along and how you can improve their engagement at work.

Follow these steps:

1. Create a session with an Evaluation that includes quantitative and qualitative questions so that each participant could give an evaluation according to the proposed criteria.

2. Invite your co-workers to connect to sparkup.live by sharing a permanent link. The evaluation may be completed from their workplace at any time.

3. Launch the activity and ask your co-workers to do an evaluation.

4. Analyze the results at the end of the activity.
