What to do in case of problems?
Most of the problems that our users encounter concern the internet network.
Make sure that the network you use corresponds to the necessary requirements for using the platform (see Internet connection requirements).
Before your session check that the platform works with the network you are planning to use. You will find different indications here: Checking the Internet connection at your venue.
Make sure that the devices and browsers that you are planning to use are compatible with the Sparkup platform (see Devices and browsers compatible with Sparkup).
If the application isn't working, or doesn't work correctly, there can be several reasons (see The application isn't working anymore).
If after checking everything the application is still not working, contact our client support via the channels available to you under your license.
