Download the Replay

Once your session is closed, Sparkup automatically assembles the video recordings to make the replay available. You can download the video directly from your organizer interface.

Access the Recordings

From your session, click on the Recordings icon in the header. A list of all available files will appear.

Download the Video

Two download options are available:

• Complete Replay: compilation of all recordings into a single video file, in chronological order.
• Individual Recordings: if your session included breaks, each segment is available separately for download.

The download format depends on the production mode used:

• Virtual Studio: .mp4 file
• External Encoder: .mkv file

Transcription and Subtitles

If the Live Translation feature was enabled during your session, you can generate from this same popup by clicking on "Generate Subtitles":

• The final transcription: refined from the complete video for better quality.
• The subtitle files: one file per configured language (standard format).
• The video with embedded subtitles: a version of the replay with subtitles embedded in the file. Your video player allows you to toggle subtitles on or off and choose the language — the raw video without subtitles remains always available.

💡 Improved quality on the replay: translations are regenerated after the live session from the complete recording, resulting in better quality than the subtitles displayed in real time during the live broadcast.
